Processing Time

Once your keepsake materials have been received, the creation process typically takes 2-4 weeks. This allows time for proper preservation, curing, and careful crafting of your jewelry piece.

You will receive updates throughout the process when your piece is completed and ready to ship.

Shipping Your Keepsake Materials

Customers are responsible for shipping their keepsake materials to Bloom in Memory.

We recommend:

Using a tracked shipping service
Packaging materials securely
Following the material packaging instructions provided

Bloom in Memory is not responsible for materials lost or damaged during transit to our studio.

Order Shipping

Once your keepsake jewelry has been completed, your order will be shipped using a tracked shipping service.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Local Drop-Off (If Available)

Customers located near our studio may have the option to schedule a local drop-off for their keepsake materials. Instructions will be provided after placing your order if this option is selected.
