At Bloom in Memory, every piece is handcrafted and made specifically for you using the special materials you provide. Because of the highly personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

Custom Keepsake Jewelry

Each item is custom-made using materials such as breastmilk, ashes, flowers, or other sentimental elements. Due to this personalization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Sending Your Keepsake Materials

Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their keepsake materials to us. Bloom in Memory is not responsible for materials lost or damaged during transit to our studio.
